All our abstract art wallpapers and wallpaper murals are easy to install, whether you hire a decorator, or choose to do the task yourself. This is because they are printed on silk, paste the wall, wallpaper. However, due to the many variations of murals and wallpapers, each requiring a certain technique of installation, we recommend having a professional to install. Our murals and wallpapers can be hung with a standard ‘all purpose’ wallpaper adhesive, readily available in hardware stores. Refer to the installation guide, sent with every shipment, for the step-by-step instructions to hang murals and wallpapers.
Please send us an email to sales@bestwallpapers.au with your wall dimensions, if you are unsure on how many rolls of wallpaper you need or the size of your mural. Calculating the correct roll quantities is imperative as wallpaper is printed in batches and dye lots, and each batch will vary in colour and texture.
Shipping postage fee is automatically calculated at checkout. We endeavour to hold the most popular abstract art wallpapers and wallpaper murals in stock. However, as we have many different designs of beautiful wallpapers to choose from, we don’t always have all of them in stock. For some designs, all rolls are ordered in with the manufacturer or distributor as per your individual order to ensure they come from the same batch and dye lot. Batch numbers hold high importance to the look and finish of the wallpapers, as each batch varies slightly in colour and texture. In the case that your wallpapers need to be ordered in from the supplier, this can take between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, after payment.
Credit Card payments for our beautiful wallpapers can be made directly and securely through website. None of your payment details are stored, unless explicitly consented, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If you have not received your order within 6 weeks, please contact us urgently. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn if an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Due to the nature of abstract art wallpapers and wallpaper murals being printed in batch and dye lots, all rolls are ordered in as per each customers individual order to ensure they match in tone and texture, therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges on over ordered, incorrectly ordered products or change of mind.
This includes mixed batch colour variances resulting from under ordering and/or placing orders at different dates. We cannot cancel or make changes to an existing order that has already been processed.
We take extra care in packaging all items. If an item slips through and is faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges are accepted for murals that are custom printed.
We do not take responsibility or offer returns/refunds/exchanges for faults arising from installation. Please check your mural or wallpaper for defects prior to hanging, and thoroughly read the installation guide for the step-by-step instructions. Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyer’s expense and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
